NA ALA 'EKOLU
The Three Paths of Mana O Kahiko
After completing Foundations of Mana O Kahiko, students may continue their learning within one of the three primary pathways of the school. Each pathway represents a tradition of Hawaiian knowledge carried through generations of teachers and practitioners.
Students move into these pathways with the grounding established through the Eight Pillars of Hawaiian Spirituality.
Ho‘oponopono
The traditional Hawaiian process of restoring balance within ourselves, our relationships, and our lives.
Lomilomi
The Hawaiian healing art of touch that restores harmony within the body and spirit.
Hula
A cultural tradition that carries the stories, history, and wisdom of the Hawaiian people through movement and chant.
Preparation Through Foundations
The pathways of Ho‘oponopono, Lomilomi, and Hula are approached with preparation.
For this reason, all students begin with Foundations of Mana O Kahiko, where the Eight Pillars of Hawaiian Spirituality establish the grounding that supports further learning within the school.
Completing Foundations prepares students to move forward into the pathways with clarity, discipline, and responsibility.
