The Pod, Royal Botanical Gardens, Hobart, Tasmania / Lutruwita
22–23 November 2025 – Ho’oponopono Immersion

We gather in a sacred container held by 51st-generation Hawaiian cultural practitioner Kumu Paʻa Kawika Foster—not for information, but for restoration. For reconciliation. For Aloha.

What is Hoʻoponopono?

Hoʻoponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of restoring right relationship — within ourselves, with others, and with all aspects of life.
It is not simply about forgiveness; it is about removing the pohakus (stones) that keep us from living in harmony — with our values, our ancestors, and truth.
Forgiveness here is not about excusing or condoning — it is an acceptance that what happened, happened, and a choice to no longer carry what was never ours to carry. It is a turning point: where we put down the weight of blame, shame, or hurt, and begin to walk forward in right relation — with ourselves and with life.

Who is this for?

This gathering is for those who feel called to remember what is true beneath the surface. For those ready to pause, reflect, and walk more consciously — in relationship with self, others, the land, the world.

It is for anyone seeking to reconnect with meaning, to forgive, or to deepen their capacity to live in alignment with what is right.

This is First Nations knowledge, rooted in Hawaiian ancestry and spiritual law, being generously and carefully shared with all. It is offered with the intention that others may benefit — not by taking, but by receiving with respect. You are invited not to consume, but to listen, to feel, and to honour what is being entrusted to you.

Investment: $450 AUD

5-DAY LOMILOMI IMMERSION

A return — through the body, to the source.

When: November 22-26

Time: 9.30am to 4pm

Location: The Pod - Royal Botanical Gardens Hobart

This is a return to a way of being.
A five-day immersion in the sacred Hawaiian art of lomilomi — traditional bodywork rooted in lineage, prayer, and the deep intelligence of the body.

Guided by 51st-generation Hawaiian cultural practitioner Kumu Paʻa Kawika Foster, this is a rare opportunity to learn lomilomi in its traditional context: through cultural foundation, spiritual practice, and embodied relationship.

You will not be taught to “do lomilomi.”
You will be invited to remember what it means to carry healing with integrity.

Hoʻoponopono: The Foundation

The immersion begins with two full days dedicated to Hoʻoponopono, the traditional Hawaiian practice of restoring right relationship.

Through ceremony, dialogue, and shared reflection, participants explore:

  • Living pono — in alignment with truth and responsibility
  • Clearing relational and spiritual distortion
  • Engaging forgiveness not as forgetting, but as choosing to no longer carry what is not yours
  • Remembering what it means to live in connection — to self, to others, and to Akua (source)

This foundation is not separate from the bodywork that follows — it is what makes it possible. Lomilomi is not just physical. It begins with spirit, with relationship and with your own clarity. What is Lomilomi?

Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing art passed down through family lines. It is not a Western massage style — it is prayer in motion, a sacred act of tending to the whole being.

Lomilomi works not just on muscles or joints, but on memory, on story, on the patterns we hold deep within our tissues. It listens before it touches. It clears before it moves. It heals by remembering – spirit heals.Who is this for?

This immersion is for those who feel called to work with the body — as a vessel for truth, and transformation.

Whether you are a healing arts professional or stepping into this work for the first time, you are welcome here. What matters is not your résumé, but your willingness to listen — to the teachings, to the land, to the lineage, and to yourself.

This is First Nations knowledge, rooted in Hawaiian ancestry and spiritual law, being generously shared with all. It is not offered for personal gain, but for collective healing. You are invited to receive it not as a technique, but as a responsibility. What You’ll Experience:

  • Traditional lomilomi body and table work
  • Hawaiian values, protocols, and spiritual principles
  • Daily embodiment, discussion, and cultural learning
  • Deep personal reflection and integration
  • A space of integrity, stillness, and reconnection

This is not a certificate course.
It is a return — through the body, to the source.
