Join us in a Group Ho'oponopono session. Lead by traditionally trained and experienced cultural practitioner Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster.
This is about creating real and lasting shifts in spirit, mind and body.
Hoʻoponopono is a traditional healing practice from the Hawaiian Islands. It has been used for generations to make right in relationships and remove mental obstructions with unconditional love. We explore why there is unhappiness in life, by extracting the baggage and releasing it.
Ho'oponopono is a process that grants those seeking healing, a place to be heard, let go, forgive and to restore their relationships. This process ultimately prepares us in spirit, mind and body - to be free and clear from blockages, hurts or pain - to live a connected, happy life.
Group work in Ho'oponopono is about making right and clearing a path to more aligned and connected Way of Being and bear witness for each other in the power of "Making Right".
Kawika will share the story of the Bowl of Light. Be inspired by the ancient and timeless way of Pono, right alignment, ongoing connection and the spirit of Aloha preserved by our ancestors.
