Learn Hoʻoponopono traditional style from Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster.

HOʻOPONOPONO is the ancestral way of the process of making right and forgiveness, as was done by families in the past and present on Molokai and Hawaii. As a process, practitioners of Ho'oponopono understand that for true healing to take place, all of the stones 'limiting constructs' of our experiences must be removed. Ho'oponopono includes the use of prayer, discussion, confession, repentance, mutual restitution and forgiveness.
Kumu Paʻa means teacher of Foundation. Kumu Pa'a Kawika Foster is a Oahu born teacher of Hawaiian knowledge and culture, currently living in Australia.

The ancestral knowledge and wisdom shared is essential for all healing practitioners and anyone interested in Hawaiian Spirituality.
