Traditional Hoʻoponopono: Making Right Your Relationships  

Hoʻoponopono is a traditional Hawaiian healing practice of conflict resolution & mental cleansing through discussion, examination, confession, repentance, mutual restitution, forgiving and forgetting, as well as prayer. This process has been used for generations to make right in relationships and remove mental obstructions with unconditional love. Many a times our mind justifies why we are not living in truth. In a Hoʻoponopono session we resolve where we have stepped outside the line of truth- in thinking; in intention; in action. We explore why there is unhappiness in life, by extracting the baggage and releasing it. This process helps us to become free and clear Aligning our Spirit, Mind and Body.

As part of PROTOCOL our advice is to have a Private Hoʻoponopono Session before any Hawaiian Bodywork Sessions. 

LomiLomi: Hawaiian Body Work and Healing Touch

Lomi means to knead, to rub, or soothe; to work in and out. Lomilomi practitioners use the palms, forearms, fingers, knuckles, elbows, knees, feet, even sticks and stones. It can be done with oil or without. There are many Lomilomi practices which can change by family, Ahupuaʻa (land district ) and Island.
